I’d always wanted to build something of my own and explore work beyond the global technology world, but I had so many ideas for what that could be. I was also running at full speed with work and family, and I never had the space to pause and imagine what a different path might look like—until now. When I looked back at my career, the through‑line became clear: I loved helping people uncover their strengths, navigate transitions, and notice the patterns they couldn’t yet see that were getting in the way of their momentum.
