Welcome to Anchor + Ascend Collective. I\u2019m Nikki. For more than 20 years, I led teams and shaped operations across small start\u2011ups and large global tech companies\u2014driving strategy, financials, process improvements, mentoring, and coaching teams and leaders along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019d always wanted to build something of my own and explore work beyond the global technology world, but I had so many ideas for what that could be. I was also running at full speed with work and family, and I never had the space to pause and imagine what a different path might look like\u2014until now. When I looked back at my career, the through\u2011line became clear: I loved helping people uncover their strengths, navigate transitions, and notice the patterns they couldn\u2019t yet see that were getting in the way of their momentum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
